【岗位职责】
1. 研究有社会影响力的人，并通过谈判、线上营销和定期沟通与他们建立牢固的关系。
2. 回顾影响者活动的表现数据，调整计划或策略以优化它们。
3. 协助营销团队完成其他工作。

【任职要求】1. 能够说写流利的日语,有日本生活经验者优先。
2. 每周至少在公司工作三天。
3. 熟悉主流社交媒体平台，包括但不限于Facebook、Youtube、Instagram、Twitter和谷歌。
4. 注重细节，具有较强的书面和口头沟通能力。

Job descriptions:
This internship will help you acquire social media and influencer marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
1. Research social influencers and build strong relationships with them through negotiation and execution of digital campaigns and regular communication.
2. Review data on the performance of influencers campaigns and adjusts plans or strategies to optimize them.
3. Support the marketing team in other tasks.

Requirements:
1. Speak and write  Janpanese fluently，Japanese living experience is preferred.
2. Available to work at least 3 days in office per week.
3. Familiarity with mainstream social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter and Google+. 
4. Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
